This policy describes what information Samoya ("we," "us") collects through samoya.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us through our forms, we use it to respond to you and deliver what you asked for, and we don't sell it to anyone.
When you submit a form on this site (a contact inquiry, a free homepage concept or systems audit request, or a waitlist signup), we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, business name, website URL, and anything you write in the message fields. We do not collect payment information through this website.
If you request a free systems audit, part of that audit may involve reviewing your publicly available website and submitting a test inquiry through your own site's contact form to evaluate response time.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to our email. Our site is static and does not use advertising trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and animation libraries are served from public CDNs; these providers may log standard technical data such as IP addresses as part of serving those files.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send unsolicited bulk email. We share your information only with the service providers named above, as needed to run this site, or if required by law.
We keep submissions as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing greg@samoya.dev.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
